Die Straße neben dem Fluß Severn, auf der wir von hier abreiseten, war zu beiden Seiten mit niedrigen Bäumchen bewachsen, daß man kaum heraus sehen konnte, bis wir das kleine Städtchen Chepton [Chepstow?] erreichten, wo man uns wieder vor Franzosen hielt.
