Dann tritt das Grubenpferd auf den Plan. Brav zieht es die tonnenschweren Loren auf den holperigen Schienen durch das Bergwerk zum Ausgang und auf den Damm hinauf. Dort kippt Arwyw den Inhalt auf die improvisierte Kohlenrutsche aus Wellblech, und mit Getöse rasselt die wertvolle Fracht in den bereitstehenden Lastwagen. Liebevoll tätschelt Arwyw das Pferd und rückt ihm die Maske mit der Grubenlampe zurecht. (Glauert n.p.)
