Die während der Kongressabende vorgetragenen Kulturveranstaltungen waren beachtlich. Das britische Commonwealth zeigte seine kulturelle Vielfalt aus allen Erdteilen, besonders Indien. Die Universität Aberystwyth hatte also im ehemaligen Commonwealth einen Namen, denn ihre Studenten trugen aus ihren Heimatländern indische, afrikanische wie auch chinesische Kulttänze vor. Es war eine Bereicherung, neben den wissenschaftlichen Vorträgen, dies alles erleben zu können. (Jesse 55)
